This company does the worst business possible. Stella is the agent I worked with and she did nothing but lie to me from the moment I met her. I am a professional oil field engineer and I travel for work and rent homes in several cities in TX. I do not live in slums or cheap apartments, I rented a $1200 home from them. She always treated me like I was trying to get over on them. I asked her specificaly to hold my check while I was out town until the first and she agreed to do so in my face. Then cashed the check 1 week early, charged me a NSF fee and a late fee. She said I could use the one late payment free coupon they gave me and then did not honor it. I lived there for 2.5 years then they told me I have to move out as the property was being forclosed by the bank. It took them over 4 months for me to get my deposit check back. I gave stella my forwarding addres personally and she lost it and sent the check to a the house I moved out of 3 months after I moved out of it. Then made me pay the stop check fee. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
