Great customer service! Call you before and after the tech. leaves. The tech. was very detailed took his time and explained everything. I would def. use again!

We will never call Ernie's Plumbing again! We had a outside faucet that was leaking and when plumber came out to take a look he walked around the house took one look and said it was going to cost $635 to fix and that wouldn't include the repair work to the brick or drywall that they would have to cut into to repair the issue. After getting other estimates our problem was fixed within 15 min. and for only $120! The brick wasn't even touched and didn't need to be. This company is a HUGE RIP OFF!

We noticed a smell coming from our sink. My wife didn't know who to call so she called me at work. I didn't have a yellowpages directory so I got on line found Ernie's. Called and they showed up at our house in 2 hours. The plumber came in, even put booties on his shoes and quickly found the problem. The problem was our instant hot water heater had a leak. He cut off the water supply, gave us a quote on a new one and didn't even charge us a trip charge. If we ever have another plumbing problem Ernie's will get the call.

We gave Ernie's the benefit of the doubt more times than I can count, since they contracted with our home warranty. Never ONCE did they get things done right. It's been terrible! One example (of many) was that we called them to look at our drain and garbage disposal. $400 later, they called us into the kitchen to look under the sink and notice what thyey found. I quote, "See ma'am? It don't work right." Wow. In addition, we lost track of times they missed leaks or repaired them wrong, only to have to come back over and over. We finally decided that they weren't worth the $$ we saved from the home warranty. We'd rather pay 100% out of pocket than ever deal with them again.

Ernies is the worst plumbing experience we have ever had - paid $400. to find a leak under our house - had another plumber come to look and ernies did not have the location correctly identified - Also look at Better Business Bureau for this company - they change their name ALL the time to move from the lousy service reports.
